Seng Sitheang

Born in 1972, Seng Sitheang (សេង សីុធាង) started his career in the media in early 1998. As the first son of the family, he succeeded his father business after his father ,Thong Saphai, the former publisher of the Angkor Thom newspaper, died in December 1997.

Feeling that the 1997 political coup changed the media landscape by creating a monopole of politics over the news, he wanted to entertain readers and has not intent in creating a magazine covering political issues. Sitheang graduated from Wat Koh high school.
