Koh Santepheap Co., Ltd
The daily newspaper Koh Santepheap was already founded in 1967 by Chou Thany (ជូ ថានី), a former teacher. The limited company Koh Santepheap was established in 1993, but did not register with the Ministry of Commerce until 2005. It first compreised the Koh Santepheap newspaper and its printing house.
In 2010, Koh Santepheap was changed to be Koh Santepheap Group Co. Ltd, and Yin Phanny, the former publisher of the newspaper, was named the director. The same year, Koh Santepheap launched its online news website and radio stations in Phnom Penh and Battambang province.
In November 2010, Koh Santepheap started to build its own 15-floor office building on 1 hectare of land . The Koh Santepheap Group now also owns Central Superstore, a grocery store and ANINA Tower, an office and service apartments building in Phnom Penh.
