Seng Pisey

Seng Pisey is the license holder of Vayo FM, broadcasting in Phnom Penh, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville.

Her husband graduated from the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics, du batiment et de l’industrie (ESTP), a civil engineering and construction technical college in Paris. When in Paris, Dipola worked as a construction engineer for two years before returning to Cambodia. After he graduated, he studied at the Royal School of Administration and worked at the National Audit Authority of Cambodia.

In 2004, he resigned from the government and became the manager of Eye Care, one of the leading optician chains in Cambodia, which was founded by his mother-in-law in 1994.
